Costs, timing, content and maintenance. Get the answers before making a decision.
How long does a project take?
Depends on complexity. Simple websites 1-2 weeks, mini-programs 2-4 weeks, admin systems 4-8 weeks. We give you a clear timeline in the proposal and lock key milestones in the contract.
What is the price range?
Websites: 5k-20k CNY, mini-programs: 10k-50k CNY, admin systems: 30k+ CNY. Final quotes are based on a requirements list — no hidden fees after confirmation.
What materials do I need to prepare?
Mainly: business description, reference cases, brand assets (logo / colors / copy). If you do not have them, we can figure it out together.
Can I change requirements during development?
Small adjustments are accepted free of charge. Changes that affect timeline or cost are evaluated and confirmed with you first — no surprise charges.
Do I need to buy the server and domain myself?
You can buy them yourself, or have us purchase and file ICP on your behalf — transparent, at-cost. Hosting is included in maintenance plans.
What about post-launch issues?
Free maintenance for 30 days after delivery, then optional monthly or yearly plans. Issue response usually within 2 hours.
